During peak times—such as promos—processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard shipping (5-8 business days) is calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 USD.

Expedited options (e.g. 2‑day or overnight) are available at an additional cost—choose at checkout.
Local Pickup / Delivery

Local pickup is available at our Holly Springs boutique—simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect packages upon arrival. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, email us at lafleur@lafleuraesthetics.com with photos and order details within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
