Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Mon–Fri). 

  • During peak times—such as promos—processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • *If the office is closed for the holidays, processing will occur when the staff is back in the office

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping (5-8 business days) is calculated at checkout.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 USD.

  • Expedited options (e.g. 2‑day or overnight) are available at an additional cost—choose at checkout.

 

Local Pickup / Delivery

  • Local pickup is available at our Holly Springs boutique—simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If tracking is not received within 3 business days, please contact us at lafleur@lafleuraesthetics.com.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect packages upon arrival. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, email us at lafleur@lafleuraesthetics.com with photos and order details within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

 

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days and require approval. Products must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

 

Delivery Delays

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods. If a delay is anticipated, we’ll notify you promptly via email.
